The app

Training data — your sessions, favorites, planned week, equipment profiles, exclusions, logged activities, check-ins, and notes — is stored on your device. There is no VADIS account and no VADIS server. The app does not transmit this data to us.

  • Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; the app receives only whether an entitlement is active. No payment details reach the app.
  • Backups are files you create and share yourself; where they go is your choice.
  • Optional iCloud sync (when offered and turned on) syncs only eligible favorites (standard, reviewed workouts) and your unit preference between your own iPhones, using your private iCloud — no VADIS account or server is involved. It does not sync training history, loads, plans, or any health information, which stay on your device. It is off by default and free.
  • Apple Health and paired-device transfer are not part of the current build. If they are added, this policy will describe exactly what moves and where, and they will remain optional.

Deleting the app removes its on-device data; keep a backup first if you want to retain it.

The website

The website is static. The hosting provider may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and protect the site. This website sets no advertising or marketing cookies and loads no third-party analytics, pixels, session replay, remote fonts, or chat widgets.

Support correspondence

If you email support, your message and contact address are processed only to answer you. Please do not send workout backups or health details unless specifically asked.
