The free tools, optional in-app upgrades, and restoring a purchase.

The core workout tools are free to use.

What’s free

Generating workouts, choosing equipment and time, the timers, your history, manual week planning, equipment profiles, movement exclusions, logging other activity, and backup/restore are all free.

Optional in-app upgrades

Some elective extras may be offered inside the app. Any price, offer, or billing terms are shown in the app at the point of purchase through Apple — this website does not display prices or start a purchase.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall or change device, use Restore purchases (in the app’s Settings) to recover anything you previously bought. This talks to the App Store and carries no training or health data.

Purchase restore ≠ data backup

• Restore purchases brings back what you bought.
• Restore from backup brings back your training data (see Backup and restore).

Reinstalling the app recovers purchases through the App Store, but it does not restore your workout history — keep a backup for that.
