What a session feels like

Strength and
cardio, mixed.

A VADIS workout blends strength work — carries, presses, squats — with cardio like running, rowing, or the bike. You don't need the lingo: every movement, how much to do, and the timing are laid out before you start.

Some sessions ask for as many rounds as you can in the time; others move minute by minute, or race you through a fixed list. The app picks a shape that suits your time and explains it plainly.

VADIS doesn't promise a result, a transformation, or a race time — it gives you a session to do today.

Questions

Before you
start.

What's a hybrid workout?

A mix of strength and cardio in one session — lifting, carrying, and bodyweight work combined with running, rowing, or the bike. VADIS builds the mix for you and explains each movement, so you never need to know the jargon.

Who is VADIS for?

People training around ordinary lives — beginners, returners, and experienced everyday athletes. Today it gives you workout tools you control; reviewed beginner programs are not available yet.

Do I need a gym?

No. Choose the equipment you have — or none, for bodyweight. If a combination has no suitable workout, the app says so honestly instead of forcing an unsuitable one.

Do I need a race booked?

No. A first Open fitness race is an optional goal, not a requirement. Everything works with no event booked.

Can I use it offline?

The workout tools work offline on your device. Buying, restoring purchases, support, and any later connected features need a connection.

Is it free?

The core workout tools are free, with no account. Any optional in-app upgrade is shown in the app at purchase through Apple; this site does not display prices or start a purchase.
